All you need is a blender, a food processor, and some quality popsicle molds to get you on your way to making an endless variety of fruit (and even veggie) filled summer treats.

The best part? You can rest assured that what you serve is made without unnecessary sugars and fillers by using only fresh, wholesome, health-sustaining ingredients.

Here are some simple 4th of July-inspired red, white, and blue recipes to help you get started.

Sparkling Strawberry Mocktail

Makes 4

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh strawberries

Freshly squeezed juice from 3 lemons

2 Tbsp honey (optional)

4 cups plain sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Blend strawberries, lemon juice, and honey using a blender or food processor.
  2. Pour equally into 4 glasses and top with sparkling water.

Creamy Pina Colada Mocktail

Makes 4

Ingredients:

16 oz coconut water ice cubes (directions below)

1.5 cup frozen pineapple cubes

½ cup pineapple juice

½ cup coconut cream

1 can lite coconut milk

3 Tbsp lime juice

Instructions:

  1. The night before, make coconut water ice cubes by pouring water into ice cube molds and freeze.
  2. Add pineapple, coconut water ice cubes, coconut cream, coconut milk, and pineapple and lime juices to blender and blend.

Minty Blueberry Lime Mocktail

Makes 4

Ingredients:

2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

2 Tbsp water

4 Tbsp honey

½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

8 leaves fresh mint

4 cans sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Add blueberries, water, and honey into a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Mash the berries and push juice through a colander or sieve to throw away the skins. Set aside to cool.
  3. Pour blueberry mixture equally into 4 glasses, pour lime juice equally on top of each, then top each with 2 mint leaves.
  4. Add some ice cubes if desired, then pour sparkling water in each glass. Stir well.

Red Berry Popsicle

Makes 4

Ingredients:

1 ¾ cup fresh raspberries and strawberries

½ cup orange juice

¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend well until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Distribute the mixture evenly into 4 popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours.

Banana Yogurt Popsicle

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups banana, chopped

1 ½ cups plain greek yogurt

¾ Tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Blend the banana, honey, and a bit of water until smooth.
  2. Add greek yogurt and blend again until smooth.
  3. Pour equally into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberry

½ cup plain greek yogurt
